What's the correct name for that little strip of skin, below the coccyx, but before you get to the bumhole proper?

  2. If you mean the bit above the hole but in the crack, that'd be the upper part of the natal cleft.

  3. When I took anatomy, we didnt give any names for certain sections of skin. However, I believe the muscle about the gluteus maximus is called the gluteus medius.
