What is that building? What is used for. How much would it cost me to buy it?

  1. 30 St Mary Axe, The Gherkin Building ... thoough much like Jess's friends I still think it looks like a giant d***o.

    One either loves it or hates it. It definitely draws the eye and creates a lot of interest so I guess it ultimately it succeeds.

    On 21 February 2007, IVG Immobilien AG and UK investment firm Evans Randall completed their joint purchase of the building for GB£630 million (approx. US$1.26 billion c. 2007).[10]

    The top floor has a restaurant and a viewing area, which I plan to visit if I can.
