The song is called "This Is the Day the Lord Hath Made."  The words are taken from Psalm 118:24, so it was written by the psalmist.  Lots of people have put the words to music.  Your best bet is to look for it on a CD of Christian choruses.  I would start with amazon.com.  They sell lots of Christian music.
