The 179 bus that goes from Chingford Station - Barking.?

I want to know if anybody took that bus on Saturday the 27/01/07 between 2-3 in the afternoon and where on the bus when the man in the wheelchair was on the bus as well and the bus driver stopped the bus for a while because the man didn't pay. I want to send a complaint to London Underground about how the bus drivers on that rout treats the people and the fact that you have to wait almost 45min for a bus that is suppose to come every 10-12 min. But it don't know what exactly happened cause I was listening to my ipod and only caught halve of the story so if there is anybody that can help it would be much appreciated.

I wasn't on it but bus drivers get very callous after years behind the wheel.

They forget that the passengers are the one and only reason they are there.

A few years back I saw a 70 year old lady getting off a bus.

She was taking longer than the bus driver wanted so he shut the doors behind her before she was off the platform. She was ejected like a tiddley-wink and went down like a ton of bricks.

We complained but I don't think the bus company did anything.
