The lanky Indian pacer, Ishant Sharma, has credited the injured Indian spearhead, Zaheer Khan, for his improved bowling during the second innings of the ongoing Lord’s Test against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013.
While talking to the media reporters after a successful Day at Lord’s, Sharma conceded that he initially struggled with the sloppy Lord’s deck but Zaheer Khan’s suggestion of changing the bowling end helped him in the end.
"I am playing my first match at Lord's so I was not used to the slope and how to use it," the gangling pacer told media reporters.
"My natural ball is in the inswinger but the odd ball was holding its line and I did not know much how it was happening. Before the second innings I spoke to Zak, who helped me with some ideas, including bowling from the Nursery End,” he added further.
After the on-tour India batting line up was bundled out by the English attack for just 286 in their first innings, Sharma rekindled the tourists’ hopes of making a comeback in the match with a dramatic spell in the first half, which saw him picking up three
wickets for one in just 16 balls.

same line and length during the first innings.
"I would have been more happy if I bowled similar lines and with the same energy in the first innings as then we could have been in a different position in the match," said Sharma.
