I would like to know how to change the three {3} things under my mail and messenger and the other thing. I would like to know how to change these three {3} things, before I go insane!!!

HUH?  please be more specific....most things showing in your mail or messenger are set in your profile by you when creating...try going to your profile page and see if the 3 things you want to change are controlled there.
