The ACT...?

if i take the october 25th ACT, will the score come in, in enough time for me to apply to the college i want by november?

I doubt that. If you're going to apply early decision, then I don't think you'll have enough time to send your scores by november. See if they offer the ACT in september in your state. Or, you can just contact the college you want to apply to and ask them if you can just send in everything first and then have them recieve your score later. Or maybe the scores will come on time for you to send them. Good luck.

Yeah they will.

I went through all that testing last year, and I was told by various people (counselors, college representatives) that as long as you take the test before the first one (test) of December, you'll be just fine.

(regardless of the deadline in november)
