Soil, water, seeds, manures of both kinds i.e. fertilizers and organic manures, plant protection chemicals like pesticides, fungicides etc. are the agricultural resources. However one should treat sunlight and carbon di-oxide also as natural agricultural resources without which photosynthesis is not possible and without photosynthesis there is no agriculture.
