John Robert Isner, an American tennis star was born on April 26, 1985. The twenty five years old Isner gained his highest professional ranking during this year on May 10 and is presently the Number Two tennis player in the United States of America with Andy Roddick being the highest ranked U.S player. His most darling victories were against his compatriot Andy Roddick in the US Open back in 2009 and most recently against Nicolas Mahut in the lengthiest ever match in the history of world tennis at Wimbledon, 2010. Born in the city of North Carolina, Isner along with his two brothers Jordan and Nathan started playing the game of tennis at a small age of 11 under the coaching of Rob Stephens as well as Oscar Blacutt at a tennis academy in Carolina.
