  1. h**l yes.  I remember there was controversy in 88 Seoul and 96 Atlanta, mostly doping controversy.  00 and 04 had some judging controversies.  08 is mostly media spewing political krap that should have been kept out in the first place.


  2. No, generally only at Communist games like this one and Berlin in 1936. The commies are inferior in all aspects and should be eradicated. they certaily should not be allowed to host the Olympics.

  3. No, i have to say this is the first time. We have seen biased stuff and judges, is not fair at all. Practing for several years,and than just taking away their medals...

  4. Yes, in a few in history. They've had controversy with judges running up the scoring on their own teams. all in all it's the same every time.

  5. Nearly always.  The Seoul Olympics was full of the same controversies.  There was even a French gymnastics judge found guilty of coersion, and the boxing scores in that Olympics were a disgrace.  Doping scandals as well.
