It depends on which weight class you are talking about, for instance a light weight with George Foreman's power is not very likely to exist (is it even possible?), therefore I am going to go by  weight class

At heavy weight:

George Foreman's power

Ali's footwork and relflexes

Larry holmes's Jab

Floyd Patterson's s hand peed

Marciano's Chin and heart

Mike Tyson's accuracy and aggressiveness

Lennox lewis's technical abilty (or perhaps gene tunney's..i am undecided here)

And jack Johnson's Countering abilty

From middle weight and below:

Hearns's power

Jake La Motta's chin

Mayweather jr's defense

Shane Mosley's hand speed

Willie Pep'elusiveness

Sugar Ray robinson's coordination and accuracy

Sugar ray Leonard's foot work

Roberto Duran's aggressiveness

Oscar De la Hoya's money (lol I am a little greedy)
