PokerStrategy is a pretty good site. They give you $150 to play on the site of your choice. You don't have to deposit or anything. The only catch is they don't allow players from the US.

there are so many upstart pokerrooms popping up all over online its really important to do a little research before depositing just anywhere. I would say to be safe only play at the higher end and more established sites like  Fulltilt , Doylesroom , Wsex (world poker exchange) etc.
