Jesus Navas has so far made a hundred and ninety seven appearances for Sevilla and netted seventeen goals. He is also a part of the Spanish national team as he started playing in the under twenty one team in 2004 and then made the first national team in
2009.
His sickness has held back his football career as he actually once walked out of the training camps in Spain as he felt that it was too far away from his home. He gets seizures and anxiety attacks. He actually refused to go to the United States for Sevilla’s
pre-season campaign.
Although, later the player decided to go and is trying hard to cure his sickness and get rid of this condition. He has made himself available for the Spanish national team and was selected by Del Bosque for international duty. The coach has still not regretted
his decision to include him.
Navas is a courageous player, one who has persevered through the odds as he is overcoming his illness to play the game that he loves.
Juan Mata:
Juan Mata is a twenty two year old Spanish player who is part of Valencia CF and plays the position of left winger.
He has great pace, is intelligent on the field, a clever player and is adapted to score goals and make important assists.
Mata has showcased a lot of quality in the past few years and Barcelona were reported to be interested in this player over the summer.
He played for Real Madrid B during 2006-07 and then moved to Valencia in 2007 and is still there. He has also been called up for international duty in 2006 when he played for the Spanish under nineteen team and then finally caught his wings in the first
national team squad during 2009 and since has made nine appearances for them while scored three goals.
This season, the star player along with Ever Banega has taken Valencia to the top spot in La Liga and there is expected to be a big transfer offer coming for him next season.
Florent Malouda:
This is a French footballer who currently plays for the Blues. He was transferred to Chelsea in 2007 from Lyon.
Florent Malouda started his professional career in 1996 with Chateauroux and was with them for four years, then made a move to Guingamp in 2000 for another three years.
The Frenchman went to Lyon in 2003 and finally made the move to Chelsea in 2007. He has made ninety one appearances for the Blues and scored twenty six goals.
His transfer to Chelsea came at an undisclosed figure which was rumoured to be thirteen and a half million pounds. He was the leading Lyon man before he came to the English Premier League but was not able to give the same performances.
Then in 2009, he managed to bring back his might and the manager, Carlo Ancelotti had a lot to do with this move. He is an irreplaceable player in the Blues line up and has scored six goals from six matches, this season.
Arjen Robben:
Arjen Robben is the twenty six year old Dutch player who currently plays for the German giants, Bayern Munich. Even though a lot of people believe that he is at his best as a forward, he normally plays behind the strikers and gives the role of winger in
the team.
