what could someone do if they could control all boundaries

In any case you can not close all the boundary. There will be some place where you may have gate to escape.In my case I was criticized for introducing my simple yet efficient earthquake alarm in the year 2001. But because of my hard work I have done several improvements .In the year 2004 it has helped me to issue the warning 2 hours before Tsunami struck our coast.Now I am in top ten rank in giving best answer for earth science and Geology.Now very slowly the world has turned their eyes to wards my invention of several safety equipments.
