The Box that I get internet through only lets me hook-up one computer at a time? How can I hook up more?

We have 3 computers at our house and its irriating to have to unhook the computer thats currently hooked up to the box to hook up another one. We just want a way for all computers to get on the net at one time!

Invest in a router, you can find an inexpensive router usually in the area of $30.00, D-link or belkin are the most reliable, the router will allow up to 4 computers share the same internet connection.

Pick up a multiport router / switch from someone like Linksys or Netgear to share the internet connection.

Buy a router.  Connect each computer to the router and the modem to the router.
