Your question is stated in an ambiguous way but I'll try.  Operation of the Calvin cycle requires that none of the various intermediates either accumulate or get exhausted.  If this were not true then eventually the process would get disrupted and shut down.  So, as a molecule of each intermediate is used during cycle turnover that intermediate will be regenerated quickly by another reaction.  So, no matter how long photosynthesis occurs, if you were to stop the process and "look" at the levels of Calvin cycle intermediates you would always find the same profile.
