The Cheetah Girls (Raven)?

My sister and I were wondering why Raven (i forgot her name in the movie) is not a cheetah girl. Not Raven herself but the character she plays. I'm not a fan and haven't seen all the movies. I am just really curious.

I actually don't know, but I have been wondering that myself. Maybe she is famous enough and because she has her own solo music career. Her name in the movie is Galleria(not sure of the spelling, but it's a terrible name)
