We need to TRY and be on our good behavior, although with Punky riding around town on a dong, that might be kind of hard to do.

Bring LOTS of Quang Bang.  It's customary to get the Police Chief liquored up before any formal meeting.  By the time he polishes off a few shots of that, he'll be prancing around the room like J. Edgar Hoover.

Just in case though, we should make sure that Hung Far Lo has our fanboat ready in case we need to get the h**l out of here.
