  1. Is this your Con-verbiad?

  2. Who is Ulysses, duhhh?  Good idea to dash the Converb and make it a Con-verb!

  3. "Hi!"

I can honestly say that I'm not from this planet neither,

I am from Saturn and you must be from Ulysses...

    Cheers : )

P.S: In your martioned  eyes, was mine a converb or con-verb?

    still over my head.

Dophhh means:Division on Physically Handicapped, Homebound, and Hospitalized.

    Ulysses?

Do you mean: novel by James Joyce or Spacecraft which will Fly Over Sun's North Pole?

oh: your talking about the Ancient Greek epic poet (Homer)

I guess my answer than would be (Ulysses).

Is this a statement of Homer being an extraordinary poet.

or the distinction between (Homer) and (Ulysses) being both Greek poets?

As I just learned that (Ulysses) is also a Greek poet.

Now you have  left me completely (Dophhh) LOL : )

  4. I'm confused.

    Homer ???

I think of Alaska..oh ...and donuts!!!!

  5. Oh, if I could spend just one day inside of your brain...

Well, maybe just an hour or so!

  6. I tend to think of Achilles more than Ulysses, but then, the Odyssey has yet to grow on me.  It seems that while the definition of a `Converb' is very specific, this genre is largely co-extensive with the epigram in practice.  On the other hand, I consider myself reasonably well versed in a few areas of formal linguistics and philology, and from my perspective, I don't think of the Altaic converb as a major enough idea for it to be worthwhile to avoid a conflict.

  7. LOL..Good one...like saying are you literate or not.

I like the dash idea too.  May clear up some of the confusion.

  8. Acronym Definition

DOPHHH Division on Physically Handicapped, Homebound, and Hospitalized ..  Well I had to look that up

Ulysses always comes to mind  and when I  think a bit the  character of the  young boy adopted and mentored  by the orphanage's abortionist doctor in  "Cider House Rules"( John Irving's novel ) was named Homer.

Con-verb huh?  mmmmm  too much for my brain. I am afraid of the quagmire ahead.
