I'm thinking of taking a cruise next year to the Mediterranean on Princess Cruises, and i'm thinking of using the above as my travel agent. Has anyone on here used them before and do they recommend them if they have? Thank you!!

Triple A usually can get you the best prices. I suggest using Carnival. They are cheaper and you get the same experience.

I cannot speak for them, or Princess, but I have had some experience.  I always go on Carnival.  I always book through them directly.  They always get me the lowest price, and best upgrade.  This is in comparison with several travel agents that I looked at.  They even guarantee the lowest price up to when the final payment is due.  We have a great vacation planner who has helped us immensely.  He has even gotten us upgrades that we did not find out about until just before we left.

That aside, Princess is owned by Carnival, so I would think that they would be similiar.  I would call princess first before you commit to an agent.
