The cry of an angel

Could be heard through the walls

The pain of forgiveness

Didn't help her at all

She looked to the sky

To see it fall

She wouldn't let em see her cry

If it made her feel small

The stories of the life of me

Were too insensitive to see

The mirror on the wall

Fell to the ground

The earth shook all around

Now in her time of need

There's no one

There's no one

And when she's finally free

She'll have someone

Someone

The cry of an angel

Is stuck in my heart

The pain of forgiveness

Is too late to start

I like it. keep writing and you will find more and more the flo of words will come. Writing is a very personal thing, it comes from inside yourself. The pain of forgiveness began to evaporate the minute you started writing this poem.
