So, I am going to apply for higher education in the United States. In the Declaration and Certification of Finances (DCF) Form, I must state both the addresses. As I do not live in United States, how should I fill in this form?

I also must state where they should mail my Sevis I-20 or DS2019. For my current addresses outside the US, should it be my local address or foreign one?
