The way the whole thing is written looks suspect.  The Easiest thing to do would be to go to the Alliance & Leicester website and ask, if you've got a branch near where you live then the staff in the branch will be able to tell you whether or not they've got a presence at this location.

Yes it's a valid address - see the Yell link attached.

I've never heard of them being described as a "credit bank" though - and I'm suspicious of the fact that the "credit bank" bit is in lowercase throughout.
