the DREAM act is a piece of legislation which will keep being brought up until ever single member of the house and the senate or at least most of them get straight than it is suppose to happen . to give the opportunity to undocumented immigrants which are anyways being educated in the USA is the most logical thing to do , i mean why would we want to deport anyone whom the USA citizens helped with their taxes when it comes to their education and then not expect them to pay their education back with their taxes and by being active member of our society !? .

The Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act (also called "The DREAM Act") is a piece of repeatedly shot down federal legislation -- as well it should be -- that would provide high school students who are long-term illegal alien criminals, and who wish to serve in the armed forces or attend college to be able to gain legal status.  

It is dead and over.  At this point  it is as much a fantasy as an internet relationship with a faux pinup.    All made up and nonexistent in somebody's foolish empty head....and those who believe in it just wind up a laughstock of others.
