  1. I was there in June and it opened at 9 am.  We got there at 8:30, got in line and were amongst the first 10 in line.  we were at the top in the first car.  It's awesome, have fun!!!

  2. Beautiful view, do as earliest as possible and try to pick sunny day:

  3. Open at 8.30 am

    Less crowded? when it rains.

  4. In the summer there are long lines, but you can join a shorter queue if you line up at the credit-card-only kiosk, assuming they still have that.

I'm not sure when it opens. Probably quite early. It's open late too.

  5. I am fairly certain that it opens at 9am. It is never desparately crowded but early would be best. The views from the top are amazing.

  6. I concur with other writers who have said it opens at 9 AM (Get there at 8:30 and you will be among the first in).  However it's fabulous at night too.....It is all lit up--spectacular!  At night you will be in for a wait, but it is worth it for the views once you get to the top.

In case it rains carry a cheap compact rain poncho in your pocket so you won't have to leave because you're soaked.

  7. I think it opens at 9am but i am not certain.

& it usually is always crowded, but let me tell you... it is very well worth your waiting. And whatever you do don't take the stairs, its usually a shorter line to get up there, but it only lets you go up two levels and you will be very sore form walking up them. I have went up both ways ( elevator & stairs) and i will be the first one to say, wait in line and take the elevator!!! You get to go to the very top and it is a very exciting experience, but you must go on a sunny day or don't go at all. Have fun :D
