  1. When Newton and Halley predicted the return of the comet that bears his name, the world rejoiced thinking that one day science would be able to find the "law of everything" and the future would be predictable.

    But Relativity and Quantum tell us that it will never be the case; the universe is fluffy and unpredictable.

    No one can predict a cold or warm winter other than by old wife's tales. There is no science behind it. The "Butterfly principle" says that a butterfly wing movement in Africa today can be the cause of a storm in American in a few months. That principle, stated by a meteorologist in the 50s, is the base of the chaos theory and fractal rendering.
