My other question made me think about this?'

What exactly does this mean? Does it mean that the teams logo has stitching around the logo?

  1. Embroidered means sewn. Authentic or game jerseys have machine sewn crests or logos on the front and are much more durable. Some better quality replicas have sewn on crests also. You find jerseys with iron-on ones, which don't last as long,  in places like Walmart. I own a few hockey jersey that are authentic( they have a fight strap in the back) and all the crests are sewn.

  2. Yeah they meen sewn on or I guess ironed on like the guy above me said (but more so ironed on when it comes to professional NHL jerseys).

  3. Embroidering is basically like the logo is made just like any iron-on type of patch. I think just about every teams logos are a combination of material and embroidery.
