Vader has to have the best German in the business because it hits so d**n hard. It's a release german though. Benoit and Guerrero as far as WWE is concerned. Also Kurt Angle does a pretty good one as well.

my favorites:

Mr. Perfect Curt Henning.  Does a great Fisherman Suplex which is the German Suplex while holding one leg.

Right now Dos Casas Jr. does the best classic style German Suplex.

In my opinion, Rick Steiner did the German Suplex best.  He did a release version and a lot of times his opponent did a flip in the air and wound up on his stomach.  I always thought that was very cool.

it be a tie between kurt angle or chris benoit they done german suplexs for there entire careers and done them during their feud. so to me i say both but when was the last time someone did a german suplex?

Kurt Angle does a really good Release German Suplex.

Another person barely mentioned with a good one is Alex Wright. His German Suplex was usually well done, and the bridge was rarely screwed  up by him.

In the WWE - Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit, In my opinion they did The German Suplex great.
