It's actually at the SixFlags Park in San Antonio Texas~ Six Flags Fiesta Texas.  It's their newest ride and it's actually the old Batman ride from the Six Flags New Oreleans.  It's not in Arlington!

There are many 'Goliath's' at various Six Flags parks, so it is easy to get confused. The only park with a ride called Goliath in Texas is Fiesta Texas in San Antonio. This is an inverted coaster which is like Batman the Ride which is also a name common to several Six Flags parks.

However, if you want a ride similar to Goliath at Six Flags Magic Mountain, head to Six Flags Over Texas. This ride is called Titan, and while it is not identical to SFMM's Goliath, the two rides are very similar.
