The 7 to 2 shot for the Grade A1 500 metres flat, the two-year-old Skywalker Daisy notched up a back to back after failing to a dreadful fifth position in the third last try. She was swift to race away and kept a highly firm grip o the lead for the remaining distance. She rested the race in 29.34 seconds and set the runner-up, Swift Pit, at a disadvantage of a head’s margin.
Coming at terms with the third position was, Bansha Jax.
Her chances of striking a hat trick by claiming the race tonight are substantial, but she will need to look out for Stokette who just posted a back to back and might be in the mood to extend it today.
