Question:

The Great Train Robbery by Michael Crichton???

I was supposed to read this book for summer reading, but i completely forgot about until the last minute. I tried looking it up on sparknotes and cliffnotes, but neither site had a book summary. If any of you have read it, please, please tell me about the plot/characters/themes, or if you find a good website that describes these categories well, then post it! THANKS!!! :)

  1. My advice is to watch the film version. It’s out on DVD and video. Michael Crichton wrote the script and directed it himself so it is very close to the novel. There’s also a director’s commentary where Crichton talks about some changes from the novel.

    Feel free to email me with any questions as I have recently read the book myself, but since there is a good film version, I don’t need to start from scratch.
