The HO Vietnamese refugee program?

Can you please tell me what the HO program was and where the concentration camps were held?

Anyfurther info. about how the Vietnamese escaped Vietnam during the war and how they arrived at America would be greatly appreciated.

the HO program is permission for all the South Vietnam government personnel to come to Unite States. These include army personnel or office personnel. There are a lot of concentration camps in Vietnam. They are located from South to North.

Vietnamese refugees escaped Vietnam after fall of Saigon by US ship carriers. Refugees transferred to Guam then settle in US.

i was in the HO program

my father in in the army for the u.s.

he got a letter saying that we could go to america

since he was put in jail for five years

we took the plane to america in 1995
