    HOA's can be a pain in the butt to deal with, that being said I need more specific information about your situation. Sprinklers where? dryrot where? why faulty? and anything else relevant.

  3. Next time ask your question so we can understand what you are looking for.  Where is the damage?  Hidden or in plain view?  Who said the sprinklers are faulty?  What was the reason the HOA denied the repairs?  Did you know that the sprinklers were faulty prior to finding the damages?
