The Hills Season 4 Episode 1, screen caps?

I need a picture of Lauren to take into my hair dresser's.

In the first episode where she is talking to Whitney at work, I need a screen cap of this. Anyone know a good site, other then MTV as they don't have a screen cap of this.

PS. If you need anymore just go here, and when you find the screen cap that you want press PrtSc on your keyboard to freeze it, and then click paste on the program  paint.
