The Hyland trio gears up to create havoc at Resorts Hotel & Casino – Boxing news
The Atlantic City will witness an Irish trio rock its Resorts Hotel & Casino Arena on Saturday January 28, 2012.
The three brothers, who are now associated to the newly established Team Snooki Boxing, will headline the bouts in the pay-per-view The Irish Invasion.
Final Round Promotions along with Team Snooki Boxing are organising a pay-per-view which will consist some of the best boxing talent whacking each other out. The vital aspect of this special event is ‘Team Snooki’s Boxing’ debut. Snooki, an infamous American
reality television name, has decided to expand her reality experience by forming a league of three men as her first client.
Interestingly all three men are real brothers and hail from Ireland. The trio widely known as the Hyland Brothers comprises of Patrick Hyland, Eddie Hyland, and Paul Hyland. Patrick also known as the Punisher is the most experienced among the three brawlers.
Patrick Hyland has stood and nailed all the 24 challengers he has faced in his career since 2004. His wins include 11 by pure knockout in addition the young 28-year-old is also the proud recipient of WBF, Irish, IBF International featherweight title, and
has also wore the International Boxing Associations’ Intercontinental super featherweight title.
Patrick Hyland is scheduled to take on his life’s toughest challenge in the form of Emmanuel Lucero, the man who has stood against names such as Manny, Carlos, and Diego Magdaleno. The bout will consist of eight rounds and Patrick will put his undefeated
streak on the line.
The second brother Paul Hyland fights in the super bantamweight division and will stand against Arturo Santiago, the young 25-year-old Puerto Rican who will experience his career’s 13th brawl. Paul has put himself in a total 18 bouts and has lost just one
to Willie Casey.
Eddie Hyland, the third of the trio and the elder brother has also thrown his well being a total 17 times in the squared ring and nailed 16 of his opponents while losing just one bout to Stephen Mullin. Eddie will exchange his fists with Franklin Gonzalez
on the upcoming Saturday night show.
The terzetto are currently being trained by their all-time mentor Paddy who happens to be their father as well. On the other hand Tracy Petterson, the two-time World Champion, will also assist in training the Irish squad in US.
