The INTJ personality?

I am an INTJ female, why is it harder for INTJ females to fit into society than INTJ males?

Males opinions, no matter how fruitless, are almost always more respected than womens of the same calibre.

Probably because it is ALWAYS acceptable for a male to appear to be much more confident and leading  in society and being successful.  The "faults" of INJT are more recognized in a woman because they are more admired in a male than in a woman.  A woman seems pushy and bossy.  Unfair it is true...but it takes a very  strong person to be a INTJ personality and men don't like that.  I think INTJ people have to be able to withstand the complexities it presents to the world that totally misunderstands the person with INTJ.

I didn't know what this was until I looked it up.  I THINK I AM A INTJ person....I am going to take this online test to see if I could be.  I certainly do fit into this catagory very easily.
