  1. My teacher went over it...

I'm pretty sure Connie s**+ is right

Inubd J...the answer to that question is 36-9 pi

    John B...it is the median

  2. These answers are in random order of part 2, 3, 4. And it's just what I got.

    Ann

    $13.50

0 (degreesF) is less than or equal to (t) is less than or equal to 40 (degreesF)

    0.008

    $180,000

    -1 and 3

    16.6/100

    16 2/3%

EDITED: Parmeet seems to be correct about that. The percent problem the answer was supposed to be round to the nearest hundredth (silly me) so it isn't 16 2/3% but rather 16.67%. There goes my chance of getting a 100.

  3. Connie most of your answers match to mine. But for the percent it was 16.67% they said round to neartest hundredths. Last one was median cause 800,000 was too high and messed up data. I'm dissapointed I messed up on the stupid subset one and have no chance for a 100 =/

Wow i just noticed all ppl that answered joined today.. expect me..

Edited: Connie even though the right answer was 16.67% I saw a link to a site that they accept the answer 16 2/3 % and 16.666 with bar %. So you still have chance for hundred.

  4. Connie how do u know those r the correct answers. When is the state putting out the test and answer key online? was the last one mean or median, which is a better value to find. did u get 83 percent for one of the CD questions?

  5. I took it this morning too. And the test was easy in the beginning where the multiple choice was but it got kind of confusing towards the open ended parts. For the intersecting line one there were many different things that my friends did...some just drew a line through the similar temps and some just put the range of the all the temps as the inequality.

  6. http://www.jmap.org/JMAP/RegentsExamsand...

    the answers to the test

  7. if i didn't answer it in terms of pi do u think i'll get one point off or more

and i screwed up the temperature but its

0 is greater than or equal to t is less then or equal to 40

  8. I got 0< (or equal to) t < (or equal to) 40

And I said let t = temperature in degrees Fahrenheit

    What did you get?

  9. yeah, for the answer that needed to be in terms of pi...

i realized my answer wasnt in pi at the end of the test and i was like ohh ****!

    but i didnt change it.

    and the temperature thing...

i took the lowest temp and then did less than or equal to x and then i wrote the smallest temparature from the left side and did greater than or equal to

  10. the answer to the temperature one was the one that someone said here and what did u guys get for the one with the shaded area and the half circles?? i didnt understand that one i got 9 pi.!!
