The Irish Lottery, P O Box 1010, 11 G Lower Dorset Street,Dublin1,Ireland is what, i receive a mail of winning entry it is scam or froud please tell me about it immidiately

Most unsolicited "wins" are scams especially if they need further info to give you your "prize"

Remember:  If it's too good to be true, it probably is.  Then it probably is.  plus the PO BOX seems a bit... "staged"  you know?  how convenient that it's 1010..
