  1. Ohhh.... you can definetly feel it..... especially afterwards.

    Yay for vicoden.

  2. Well I just got Novocaine and laughing gas. But first they will give you laughing gas and you will feel alittle high and then they will give you the IV which will put you to sleep.

  3. Metal Head is WRONG. It just feels like someone is placing their finger against your arm...then...your out! lol

  4. u can't feel it when they're doing it, obviously, because you'll be asleep.  but you feel it later...so take the pain pills they give you and it shouldn't be too uncomfortable.

OMG, but put ice packs on your cheeks IMMEDIATELY when you get home to prevent your cheeks from puffing out.  Seriously, this is what really  helps. I only iced one side of my face cuz I fell asleep and the other side that i didn't ice puffed up like a balloon and didn't go away for 5 days!

I just got mine out a few weeks ago...  :)

  5. Get the ice packs ready BEFORE hand.

Get the soups and drinks ready BEFORE hand

Do not LEAVE the surgery unless you FEEL VERY WELL - tough if the staff have other patients waiting - you could faint or start to bleed again.

Any problems with bleeding etc after hours GO TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL - they will ring the dentist - if you think you need to go, go.

Swallowing blood can make you vomit.
