The Japanese cook great Chinese food... question about that.?

All over Japan I used to go to Chinese restaurants and order Shrimp with Chili Sauce. It was DELICIOUS. I'm in the USA now and nobody makes it. Does anybody have any idea if anybody in the USA makes it, or if there is a recipe for it anywhere?

Spicy shrimp is a common Chinese dish and should be available in most authentic Chinese restaurants in US.

One additional point, there are many variety of this dish, so you may encounter some that are different in appearance or taste to those you found in Japan.  My suggestion is to experiment and find out that you like.
