First of all don't comment if you are just going to say something rude because I will report you!

Do you think the Jonas Brothers purity rings are for real or is it just a publicity stunt so people will think they're good role models? I believed it at first but now I'm starting to doubt it's for real. Also on a interview on 20/20 they said they didn't "want to go into it" on why they wear purity rings, they use to talk about it all of the time so it's kind of making me think it's not for real anymore. What do you think?

  1. they just do what the agent says like everyone else that's famous. It's most likely a scheme to sell stuff.

  2. i think they are real.

they probably are just tired of talking about them.

  3. it's because they are all g*y!!! dahhhhhhh

  4. this is a confusing topic

some people think they wear them for attention and others believe that they are for real with this

to me...its a commitment to god and it shouldnt have anything to do with anyone else but you and god so this leads me to believe that this isnt for publicity

also i think their father was a preacher so they probably are really passionate about this and they have this really close relationship with god so this also leads me to believe that they are true about this

maybe theyre tired of talking about it and thats why they didnt wanna get into it at that moment

think about it millions of interviewers ask them about their purity rings and they probably had no problem speaking on it at first but after a while of repeating the same thing over n over theyre probably a bit annoyed but dont wanna show it

i know i would be annoyed to have people ask me the same thing over n over again

  5. I think there probably for real because aren't they really religious?

As for not wanting to talk about it any more they probably realized its kind of personal and for the most part not really socially accepted.

  6. I believe that this isn't just a publicity stunt. The boys have had purity rings even before they hit it big, or even before they were signed to Disney or Columbia. They are very religious people so I think they would stick through this. I don't blame them for not wanting to talk about their purity rings, it's an awkward topic and if you've watched some of the interviews from the past asking them about it, they are really uncomfortable talking about it. I mean, I get uncomfortable when my mum asks if I like anyone.. not to mention anything about s*x or your vow to stay pure. As well as this, people have talked smack whether they are or not.. So to prevent that from happening, I think the boys would rather just skip talking about the whole topic. It's a personal matter.

Also, there are always people around them and they are being watched 24-7. They are also very busy, and the boys are always together. I'm sure they wouldn't have had any time to be getting "jiggy" with it. Haha.

  7. I noticed that too, I listened to a radio interview

with Joe after Camp Rock came out and they

were like 'So Joe about your purity ring...' and

so on and Joe was like 'Can we just talk about

the album?' and the reporter seemed kind of

shocked he was like '...Oh yeah yeah sure.'

You never know it could be that, because they

do work for Disney. I don't really believe that

Kevin is because he's 20 almost 21 but you

    never ever know.

PS: If it is for real, I think their not mentioning it

because the press and the media have been

bashing them about it lately. About their beliefs

and stuff like that, I mean look at Chelsey Lately

on her show she always makes fun of them for

it so I think that's maybe the reason why they

don't want to go into it.

  8. well i heard this interview that they made to kevin on he was the oldest and how he doesnt drink and ahev s*x and stuff but they were rude

it's just self control btu they want a ring to display their purity i guess?

but you know if they don't want to then good for them and if they want to then good for them too you know their fault for wearing that and if they break ti their fault too

    they're humans

how many people say they dont belive in premarital s*x and end up having s*x before they get married?

    think about it,.

if they have self control then they will keep their promise anyone can do it, you need to set your boundaries and respect yourself too.

im so going to get bad ratings ont his but oh well, it's my opinion and i think everybody has a right to think what they want.

  9. I believe it. It's a little thing called trust. Which alot of people obviously don't have. I trust in what I like and believe in. I love JB and am a devoted fan.

  10. The older they get the harder it will be to believe...idk i don't think all 3 are virgins, maybe 2/3 hehe umm maybe its for the public, and they probably didn't want to talk about it on 20/20 cause its kinda personal

  11. I thought purity rings are only for girls???  I don't believe in the concept of purity rings anyway, you can remain pure without them, and Heaven forbid, GOD knows everything you do.  Celebrity or not, I think they're all for show.

  12. moral beliefs are a very touchy subject in today's society so that's why i think they said they didn't want to go into it. especially as a group of boys who are wanting to get their music out there, they might not have felt comfortable with having people judge them based on their morals or decision on such a subject. some people feel like wearing a purity ring is a personal, private decision. i wear one and will not have a problem telling someone that i will not have s*x before i'm married. but not everyone feels that way. i think it's legitiment though. and i'm not just saying that. i'm not a jonas brothers fan but my mom was watching that interview on 20/20 so i know what you're talking about.

  13. We really don't know the answer. Maybe it is maybe its not..

  14. Maybe they are real, but since alot of people questioned them they decided to say nothing. Then people won't be able to use whatever they said against them. If it is a publicity stunt, they would have said something. It also could have a sentimental value, something they as brothers agreed on. Its their own thing, i guess you could say.

  15. LOLs

    I dont' know for sure.

Everything we hear has the truth hidden

and we might never find out but i belive that the jonas

brothers a good role models and you might not know maybe

they are doing this to make people think that they are good role

    models.
