Is there a cheat on the legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass to get the Phantom sword? If so please give the cheat to me, Thank you!!!!!

no there inst but if you have action replay or Icheat there are codes for getting unlimited hourglass time, infinite health and rupees.

you can also use strategy guides for easier ways to progress through LOZ. :)

you get the sword by collecting three pure metals and taking them to ZAUZ and the you need to make the handle by taking it to GRAMPA

I think you get the sword by counting the bushes or trees or something..
