  1. why are you asking in the Special Ed section? how come no one seems to understand that Special Education deals with people who have physical and/or mental disabilities??

  2. You don't need to be a genius, but unless you are a true genius (say in Math or with computers or whatnot), you're probably not going to get in without a better handle on the English language. For instance, let me translate your question into proper English:

Is MIT a private or public school? Also, do I need to be a genius to be accepted (or to get in)? And another question: do I only need to pass an exam, or are there other factors that are taken into account (when considering candidates for admission)?

A capital letter is used to begin a sentence, and the use of more than one question mark is neither necessary nor proper.

Universities and colleges always take other factors into account besides test scores. If you write a very compelling personal essay, it may help, but do be sure to have it checked by someone--or even by more than one person--who is highly competent at writing in the English language.

    Good luck!!

  3. MIT is a private land-grant school.

Check http://web.mit.edu/admissions/ and www.review.com for info on what is expected and how to apply for MIT.
