  1. In the town where I live everyone that is walking distance to the post office gets a free po box.  There is no car driving around all day long to deliver the mail.  It's a great incentive to get out and go for a daily walk.  This is a very active community.  There is a constant stream of walkers and bicyclists even in the snow!

I think that mail should be reduced to no more than 2 times per week.  Also, most people pay their bills online with bill pay.  If you are doing so then make sure that you have informed that company that they no longer need to send you a paper bill.  You can view it online, and you won't need the return envelope for your payment. Some companies will even give you some kind of discount for them not having to print and mail you your bill.  It's worth looking into.  We can reduce the mail that we receive in this way which in turn will reduce the need for more frequent mail deliveries, thus, saving some trees.

  2. not interested in news at all

    lol....

  3. NO, mail on sundays in California

  4. Well, we get e-mail on Sunday, so perhaps no need to have mail delivery then. Come to think of it, I would be willing to see mail delivery cut to once a week. It would not matter which day, so Sunday is ok if that is convenient.

Main thing to be accomplished would be reduction of junk mail,,, no place to put that much junk if it is all delivered on one delivery, and it would mostly go directly to the recycling bin  in any event.

  5. The Daily Mail great so yes I like the Mail on Sunday .
