y u all going on about people on the dole and on a council estate? firstly them people dont deserve to have kids they should get off there sumb bad ****'s and get a job.

Not necessarily the police but social services should have intervened for the sake of the other children - if they were from a council estate they'd have been in there like a shot!

There's no point really.... kids get stolen even when the parents are in the same house. Still think it was pretty irresponsible of them to leave 3 little children by themselves. That is one decision they will always regret....

absolutely! it was because they were middle class one a g.p and one a surgeon, had that been joe bloggs from a council estate they would have been hauled over the coals for neglect!

i feel for them as i can not begin to imagine the pain they are going through every day but they will have to live with the decision to put their own needs before their childrens

well social services should be involved as they did neglect their children. i mean if i need the loo i lock all doors and take keys with me so that i know that no onee can get in or out.

they were on holiday as a family therefore they should of eaten earlier and taken their children with them then take drinks back toapartmentt like normal parents do.

someone knows the truth about what happened and they should come forward.

same as the shop assistant that saw maddie she should of kept her talking and the people she was with and phoned the police i mean it common sense really if a child said to me that she was not her mummy and she had taken her from her mummy the first thing i would do is get the child to safety and ring the police.

i have always thought that and its quite annoying.

i am not sure about abroad but it is certainatly illegal to leave your children inside a home when you or someone over 14 (?) isnt there.

Absolutely, had it been a not so well to do family they would be branded scum of the earth!!!

It's wrong that they should get away with anything. They are at the end of the day unfit careless and should be prosecuted for negligence!
