The Met Nightclub Fortitude Valley?

Does anyone know who the tall blonde cute guy is that stands most of the night outside the Met in the Valley? He works there but is always in plain clothes and is he still working there? I would like to ask him out but the last few weeks I have not seen him but would like to know what he does and his name. Thank you :-)
