  1. Chef Pepin. He lives in Miami now and had his own show when I was a child.


  2. In Cuba, that would be Nitza Villapol. She was dubbed the Julia Child of Cuba. She was born (1928) in New York and then moved to Cuba as a child and passed away in 1998 in Havana.
