Why is Marie Bello (in Mummy 3) in this movie as Evelyn' O conell instead of Rachel Weisz (mummy 1 and 2)??

Rachel Weisz announced that she will not be reprising her role of Evelyn due to different interests with the screenplay. Later on, Maria Bello was announced to replace her.

Two reasons:

1. Rachel Weisz had just given birth and did not want to travel with her newborn baby

2. She has an Oscar now, and movies like "The Mummy" are not good for her career anymore.
