Why doesn't everybody just get out their checkbooks and solve it? It's not that much money! Furthermore, why not put back in place a fair and realistic tax system like we had under Newt Gingrich, when the budget was balanced and the economy and business growth was the strongest it's ever been?

Why did Bush s***w this up so much? It's all grade school math!

  1. "Why did Bush s***w this up so much? It's all grade school math!"

Bush Jr. was a C student and that is probably with cheating.  personally I think he's functionally retarded

  2. republicans only think of the here and now. They want low taxes now and the govt to run on the credit card.

If they had any brains whatsoever they would realize that $250 billion dollars a year they are spending on Ronald Reagan's govt, and their grand children will pay for GWB's

  3. Ahahahahaha! Are you as funny as they come? Even so, how are you and your countrymen going to pay off a debt with a another DEBT instrument, i. e., privately-owned Federal Reserve Notes? Are you not aware that U.S. Constitutional "money" is "gold and/or silver coin," and that you do not have any?

Tweedledumb Republicans or tweedledee Democrats; what the freak does it matter when each serve The Money Trust?

The United States is nothing but an artificial bankrupt entity to whom you people will continue pledging allegiance. Since that is what you worship, don't you think you deserve to get flushed down with it? After all, you are the ones who want cradle-to-grave security and protections; you are the ones who continue to give power of attorney to liars through voter registration. It's you guys who are the lie-believers - so stop your freaking complaining!

  4. I thought that was the war deficit.  I also thought our national deficit was in the trillions.

I also thought Congress controlled the purse, not the president.
