  1. The schedules have not been published yet.  Don't expect to see a schedule until mid 2009 at the earliest.

However, a quick look at what Disney has been doing will lead to some conclusions.

The new ships are too big to fit through the Panama Canal.  So expect the ships to be in the Caribbean or Europe.

Disney went to Los Angeles in 2005 for some Mexican Riviera cruises.  And Disney is doing it again in 2008.  Conclusion?  Expect one of the current ships to be based in Los Angeles, and possibly Alaska during the summer.

Disney went to Europe in 2007.  Don't be surprised to see Disney spending more time in Europe once the new ships come out.

Finally, with a minor change in the schedule, Disney could run three ships out of Port Canaveral.  Currently the Wonder does three and four night cruises from Port Canaveral leaving on Thursday (three nights) and Sunday (4 nights).  Changing the Wonder to Friday (three nights) and Monday (four nights) would allow the two new ships to dock on Saturday and Sunday.  Then one can do an eastern Caribbean route while the other does the western Caribbean route.  The two ships could then alternate the routes each week.

One of the ships alternating weekly cruises in the Caribbean could then summer in Europe.
